- The learning style which I inherit in myself is Activist, since I learn the concepts and ideas while performing the task. I follow open minded approach to learn new skills.
- There are various approaches through which learning can be enhanced. Moreover, they result in achieving competencies through application of following modes
Seminars and conferences: This helps in exchanging ideas and gaining knowledge about the various perspectives that helps in enhancing the personal and professional skills (Hampton, Rhodes and Stokes, 2004).
Internet: Through this the personnel can enhance their learning by surfing the different sources.
- There is a positive impact of self managed learning as it enhances the skill to work in the team which results in attaining the goals of the organization in an effective manner (Koenigsfeld, 2012). The communication skills are also enhanced as the employees are provided with the chance to interact with others.
- Learning does not stop with the completion of qualification. It continues till lifelong and helps in enhancing and developing effective relationship with the peers and subordinates (Chivers, 2006). With the personal analysis the perspective in which they lack are identified and necessary methods are adopted to enhance the skills.

I have analyzed that skills and knowledge is the essential element which help the personnel in attaining the goals and objective in an effective manner. There are different techniques which can be adopted to manage the operations effectively within the business unit. I adopted several aspects to manage the entire operational activities through which goals can be attained in a proficient manner. I have implemented different dimension to manage the entire working which helps employees to develop in personal and professional context. The Honey and Mumford learning style helps in enhancing the potentiality of the employees to attain the goals and objectives of the organization (Honey and Mumford, 2000).
Conclusion
From this report, it can be concluded that personal and professional development helps in attaining the organizational goals in an effective manner. This helps in enhancing the skills and competencies of the employees.
